The Edible City
The exhibition The Edible City consists of a largely edible exhibition on urban agriculture, self-sustaining cities, food miles and closed food chains, and a program of lectures, films and excursions. Starting from the explicit sense that design covers far more than the domain of ‘product design’, but also often includes invisible services, The Edible City focuses on the way we have shaped the production, distribution and consumption of food.
